i am not sure the PC will power a Chromecast device cos i prefer the video capture straight into the usb port method. i will appreciate your response because i have ordered the video capture to use on my PC with the Chromecast
I got the the video caoture card. followed your video. I already had the OBS on my laptop. When I go to source to choose the video setting it does not show the fire stick tv. Please help.

Try checking your camera settings in privacy is on hope this helps :)
Vhs movies doesn't go out like a phone does and computer does
