normally this method works for me but lately its buzzing so much its making my whole desk vibrate and ive fully cleans and lubricated it and its constantly making noise id hate to buy another but maybe its just weak magnet connection

Hmmm might be a factory error or just not working, if you tried fixing it you could take it back to the store and return it for a new one , depending on what store, I would maybe buy another one because you might have gotten a bad one, that’s my advice on that, that’s what I would do, just get a new one, good luck I hope it works out.

Thanks, it may be a bit quieter but still too loud certainly not "ultra quiet". I do not recommend trying to do this from memory I got it backward and it was a a challenge to fix. It gives me time to buy a better one. Any recommendations?

Ya it’s not supposed it’s weird sometimes it does that, I usually put a new filter in and it fixes the issue 😎👌🏻

@@derekhenderson10 That's exactly what we did. It was a new unit. The last one didn't do that so I was initially confused! (wouldn't be the first time. :) )

ive owned this model in a 10 gallon tank for more than a few months now when i woke up the thing was only dripping so i looked inside it the thing was full of snails and crushing them so i washed out all the snails and the filter is now either loudly buzzing with little to no flow(still) or it does not work at all do you any answers for this cause i dont want to shill out another 15$ and find out it was easily fixable

I just bought mine & I did everything & it’s still not pumping water?? Was there supposed to have a sponge that comes with it??

Try using a cup to fill up the reservoir

Sometimes it’s weird you have to fill the system with water, I would get a cop and pour water into the square area
