This video include detail steps for the cockpit assembly.
Kit of German WWII twin-engine heavy fighter aircraft Messerschmitt Bf 110E. Plastic parts: Eduard, marking options: 5- decals: Eduard- PE parts: yes, pre-painted- painting mask: yes- resin parts: no
The Messerschmitt Bf-110 is a German twin-engine heavy metal fighter with a double tail. The engines used were Junkers Jumo 210Ga, Daimler-Benz DB 601B-1, Daimler-Benz DB 601F, Daimler-Benz DB 605B-1 engines with power from 700KM to 1475KM. The first prototype of the Bf-110 took off in May 1936. The first mass-produced version of the Bf-110 was the C version, which production started in 1939. Version C was regarded as a heavy fighter and performed on average in the September campaign, but much better in the French campaign. However, too heavy and too slow, the Bf-110 suffered considerable losses in the Battle of Britain, which meant that it was systematically moved to the Reich Defense units as a night fighter, which eventually led to the creation of the G and H versions. They were used as night fighters and interceptors against allied bombing expeditions. In combination with the on-board radar (eg FuG 202 or FuG220), the Bf-110 became a very formidable enemy for British bombers. About 5,800 copies of this aircraft were manufactured in the course of production. Technical data (version Bf-110C): length: 12.3 m, wingspan: 16.3 m, height: 3.3 m, maximum speed: 560 km / h, rate of climb: m / s, maximum range: 2410 km, maximum ceiling 10500 m armament: fixed - 5 7.92mm machine guns and 2 20mm MG FF cannons.

    Great job so far.
I've built this kit. It's a generally pretty good, except for the fit of the engine nacelles (which are absolutely horrible) and trailing edge of the wing. Don't let it discourage you.

Thank you for watching, and for the warning. I will pay attention to it, your comment confirms what I saw on YT and completed builds, I don't think Eduard eliminated the fitting problem with this release, so I will have to face it. Hopefully, the result will be OK :)

This is it! At last I find someone that paints the parts before asembling them!!! Lot of people assemble everything and then spray it to after badly paint the details with a brush like control boxes, radio boxes, etc. I believe this is the correct way to build, and the most realistic one. This is the attention to detail that stands out! Amazing work, definitely the best I've seen on youtube.

Thank you. I use fine art FA-510 - rather fragile tool. Second one is the pink Laiwang ESD-12. I took it from my wife and they are quite good. :)

I have Eduard's 2014 release Profipack of 8203. The 2023 reissue of 8203 in the new Gold Profipack livery box is still the best Bf 110E out there AFAIC, if undeniably challenging to build. All of Eduard's Bf 110s are.

Thank you for watching and leaving the comment. By challenging you mean the fit, complexity, or small elements? So far I have enjoyed the build, despite a lot of tiny parts in the cockpit that after all will not be visible :). However, I saw a few builds on RUclips and I read that the later stage may be hard as the wings and engine nacelles do not fit well.

@@modelfun Complexity, all that glazing and "small elements". Beautiful build though.
The Bf110 is a particular favourite of mine as it was the workhorse which bore the brunt of the Reichsverteidigung against the RAF Terrorflieger night offensive. Also a sterling Zerstörer workhorse in the East & Mediterranean.
I have Eduard's Bf 110C/D "Adlertag" Limited Edition, Bf 110E Profipack & Bf 110G-4 Profipack all in 1/48, so guess I'm rather a type afficionado.

Samolot z oznaczeniem bocznym 1B+LX, z 13 (Z) JG5. Pilot Oblt. Ziegenhagen. Malowanie górnych powierzchni RLM 74 Graugrun i RLM 75 Grauviolett. RLM 76 Lichtblau od spodu i boki kadłuba.
Jest jeszcze jeden rysunek z tym jamnikiem z JG5. W styczniu 1942 jednostka stacjonowała w Malmi, Finlandia.

@Lotny Lotny tutaj ten pudełkowy egzemplarz z psiakiem to I.(Z)JG 77, Lt. Felix-Maria Brandis Malmi, Finland 1942.
      Pozdrowienia.
