Mr Plant, thank you so much for the years of musical pleasure you've provided - your music is unsurpassed....your songs have played an important role in my life. I've been lucky enough to witness your brilliance in concert several times..right through to last week in Sydney. You have a very powerful presence...must be wonderful to know that you and your music has had a positive impact on millions of people universally xx
How does one person, with so much musical success.....a rock God.....keep on "keep'in on," as they age. I was so very impressed with Plant's performance at Mohegan Sun (CT) last Wednesday. You just have to be so seriously into what one does to keep going, going, going.....not missing a beat, not missing a note. God Bless You Robert Plant. Thank you for getting me through so many hard times. Thank you....for all the memories.
Robert Plant has aged gracefully. He has gained wisdom, is reflective, respectable, and has managed to retaine a sense of curiosity, direction, and humour: he is his own man.
I truly love Robert plant's, poetry in all his music.such an AMAZING guy who has a handle on his own life and his love for his MUSIC. I truly and TOTALLY love him with all my heart. Thank you.for being true to your self. And a truly awesome musician.
Robert Plant is just an amazingly talented god gifted singer songwriter.Jimmy Page is an equally amazingly talented guitarist.Together they are a very potent cocktail of rock and roll.Their music will live on forever.
I always thought it was very alienating, what they did in "94 without Jones..i once saw an interview in which he stated, quote-" I would've liked to have been a part of that, but i wasn't asked"...
Plant is so awesome. Well spoken, introspective, always looking for personal expansion. Pretty good for someone who was revered as little more than a rock star sex symbol.
Right on . At least he's not trying to be the freaked out lemon-squeezing Plant of 1972 at 65 yrs old . That would come off a little wierd if you ask me . The man still has his dignity and a legacy he can be proud of .
1995 Rock n Roll Hall of Fame is when JPJ says it in front of Page and Plant that he waited for the call but it never came. It's on youtube. Look it up.
Song to the Siren Live in Toronto was AMAZING! My girlfriend at the time had backstage passes, which cost a fortune(but were well worth it). My girlfriend met Robert Plant while I happened to be in the F*cking BATHROOM pissing!!!! Wish I had held THAT ONE!
Dang, you know, I have not heard anything Robert Plant has done solo. Some of that stuff is so dynomite...it's funny because the Booker White/Fred McDowell drone-ish Delta Blues...you can hear it in that Moroccan stuff. Faaaaaar out.
'a glorious self imposed exile'. bingo. I think some of these 'Rock Gods' egos get too big that they feel they outgrow their own band and eventually their own genre just for the sake of being different. Not to say it was his scheme, or it's not a good thing to experiment or find a new sound, but maybe find a balance with what you had created, and not holding it, or your past fans hostage
Mr Plant, thank you for being a world musician. You are a trailblazer. Most of all, thank you for bringing Jimmy Page to us. You are god-gifted, self indulgent, selfish assho;e. I think they are chiming in Siberia…
Poor Jimmy had to play along pretending to enjoy that "Wah Wah" garbage and Roberts needs to be a Super Hippy just so he could have his old lead singer back for a tour playing the real stuff and cashing in a few mil. Reminds me of a silly wife agreeing to the husbands dream hunting expedition as long as they stop at a few antique shops while there. Oh I'm right, I promise you I'm right.
Poor Jimmy hasn't done anything of substance with anyone else because Poor Jimmy lives in the past. He no longer has the drive Plant and Jones still have.

Never get tired of hearing this story and listening to the music.
Robert Plant is just an amazingly talented god gifted singer songwriter.Jimmy Page is an equally amazingly talented guitarist.Together they are a very potent cocktail of rock and roll.Their music will live on forever.
Plant is the greatest now and forever 💙
My favourite British male vocalist and such a humble nice person
I always thought it was very alienating, what they did in "94 without Jones..i once saw an interview in which he stated, quote-" I would've liked to have been a part of that, but i wasn't asked"...

The most interesting man in the world. :))
Much more so than that beer swilling guy from the commercials.

Shine It All Around is an absolutely brilliant song, one of his post-Zep best in my opinion
He's Amazing!
I adore this what a journey♥️
1995 Rock n Roll Hall of Fame is when JPJ says it in front of Page and Plant that he waited for the call but it never came. It's on youtube. Look it up.
This is so very interesting really enjoyed this
Thank You All!
Exactly. And NO mention of "Now And Zen", a great seminal album, and the biggest selling album of any Zep solo member (3,000,000+)
"The same picture but a within different frame." God bless Jimmy Page.
Robert is my King; always was always will be the Greatest Male vocalist ever!
This Is Great✌️💞🎶🙏
thank you

Wowza ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Distant Days ,,,,Feels Like Home....
when they play kashmir, Obviously I like zepp's more, I think it flows better.
Much agreed. Its very sad how much they actually skip thru......
indeed..well said..
It was his best work hands down outside of working with Led Zeppelin.
Dang, you know, I have not heard anything Robert Plant has done solo. Some of that stuff is so dynomite...it's funny because the Booker White/Fred McDowell drone-ish Delta Blues...you can hear it in that Moroccan stuff. Faaaaaar out.
You forgot Fate of Nations as well.
I think I'm the only one who thought the Egyptian performance was the best of Page and Plant.
Part 1 of this has no sound.......? Is it just my phone,.or...?
i mean compare the bbc's works with that of fox news, cnn or al jazeera.... bbc's the best!
He's great but he ain't even close to Robert Plant, he is untouchable.
Tim Buckley never wrote the lyrics to the 'song to the siren'
Didn't like his Stange Sensation Days. Can't put my finger on it, I know he was just experimenting and it sounds like it.
Behind the Neck? who dose that remind you of?

Not that anyone cares but kashmir is where you'll find Me😉
Bonzo and I were p!ssed off, we got some lipstick and did our own van
I want to get some lipstick and do his face!
what about freddie mercury??
Make me think this is just one vein of music... can't do it in one life time, find your niche and run with it.

McCartney's voice is not even close to Orbison, Elvis, Plant, Mercury not even in the same league.
Poor Jimmy had to play along pretending to enjoy that "Wah Wah" garbage and Roberts needs to be a Super Hippy just so he could have his old lead singer back for a tour playing the real stuff and cashing in a few mil.

Page had collaboeated with Wihesnakes for God's sake.
Poor Jimmy hasn't done anything of substance with anyone else because Poor Jimmy lives in the past. He no longer has the drive Plant and Jones still have.
all that north African music is pretentious crap.
