Game 2, the Lakers should’ve won. They had no business blowing a 20pt lead. They were even up by 15+ in Game 1.

It will come down to the 3rd quarter again. Before game 4 the Lakers were -33 in the 3rd. In game 4 they were only -2. If Lakers can keep up what happened in game 4 they have a shot. Also, they have to rebound and defend as normal.

It is pressure cause the narrative is being pushed that the lakers are leading through majority of the time in the series, Denver is beginning to be seen as a team who gives up early leads and Los Angeles is seen as a team who can’t keep late leads, if the Lakers win won more by maintaining a lead this does put the pressure on the nuggets, that being said, as a Lakers fan, nuggets in 5, just don’t see this series dragging unless the Lakers’ depth and rest of the team carry their weight
Assuming Murray plays: Nuggets get an early 10 point lead, and maintain it all game
Honestly, Murray has been close to a non-factor in most games, especially early.
Replace him with Braun in the starting line-up, and Nuggets have a better chance of taking an early lead.
Since the start I've been saying "Murray's due for a 40 pt game", but I'm starting to doubt that.

Yeah, with Monday, it [free throw differential} could at least partially been due to the disparity in 3-pointers (though might not have been as well). Tonight, the shot distribution was almost equal so that explanation isn't even in the room, much less on the table. Even the "out of the paint 2s" were equal. On top of that, this was a Denver home game. Home teams usually get like a 55/45 shift in calls - that the visiting team got 3x as many FTs? Not 55/45, but 25/75? Legit bonkers. Still, Denver win. F.LA

Nuggets seemed lazy on defence just getting blown by on every play and giving up easy baskets left and right. And on offence, their spacing was really off all night. driving lane always congested like crazy. Just very poor execution. Like Denver doesn't even know a single play and just keeps running the two man pnr with Jokic. While that is effective, get another play in ffs.

@@TonyC.-kq9fh 76ers dropped to 7th because Embiid was out for extended period, their power level when healthy is closer to a 3rd seed so we got a marquee 2 vs 3 in the 1st round
That may be true but you state reasons as why the 76rs are seeded low. I would counter that the key role players have been injured for the Lakers, namely Vanderbilt, Woods, Reddish, Vincent or Lakers would have been out of the play in. Lakers may he a 7th seed but out of all the play in teams they are/were the most dangerous in a 7 game series.
Even though the Lakers have been leading in all games vs Denver, the Nuggets outperform the Lakers when it matters most.

I gotta say somewhere that Lebron should scout out who on the squad has the karma or doesn't deserve to win a title and that is the vice that they have. You need all the players to be deserving of the win to get it ... coaches included. That's my take. Even if you have the talent, which they don't, still, the team will not win it. The Lakers have 2 good players and the best teams have 5 or 6 so ya that will also be an issue. I'd say they need at least 4 guys.
