a attorney is always the way to go,i have spondylolisthesis, stenosis, facet arthrosis, ddd,radiculopathy, neuropathy, sciatica, nerve root impingement of the spine,all xrays,mri .type 2 diabetes, server ptsd,long work history, 58 years old and still waiting 2 years now
I’ve got all of this plus crps . Nothing . Denied three times mostly bed bound with a permanent placard m mobility aides , service dog , permanent pt . Incontinent supplies delivered to my house , tons of medications .
Question I get ssdi just Proved and I’m getting workers comp . Can I apply for low income? Benefits. Do I need to clam my workers comp money as income?
I applied twice and recently the papers from SSA not true that they wrote on there and in the past year too. The specialist wrote me out from work I was seen by the specialist 4 years NO INCOME at all and I have a minor. UNFAIR. I've been working and have work experience more than most people have.
I used AllSup for my SSDI appeal and I was very disappointed in their service. They took weeks to even respond to my phone call/emails. I don’t even know what they actually did for my case if anything at all. I definitely recommend getting an attorney to represent you instead of AllSup. Edited to say: there is more info in this video from AllSup than what I got from them as a client. Plus an attorney costs the same as AllSup.
Alsup destroyed my life . I was getting ltd benefits from my employer , Alsup said relax let us get you SSDI . Yea , three denials later I had to hire a lawyer & the ltd company kicked me off the policy . Thanks Alsup . They ran me into a brick wall . I was too sick to dig into the policy . I trusted these people . I’m more than eligible . Every single one of my issues qualifies me . I should have hired a lawyer from day one instead of trusting this company .
I did applied people from social security even helped me with the form too

@Christinesobsevations wow thats not right,we work all these years paying into the ssa and ones who are in the worst health get denied over and over🤔
