😂😂. You can use a flat screwdriver to help lever up the catches. Agreed - not the easiest job but better than the internal pollen filter….

Is it possible to empty the engine oil on OM654 with oil extractor?

I don’t know. Mercedes use the drain plug and personally i think gravity drain is better. I will be doing a video on an oil change in about 6 months time as the drain plug is a bit of a pain in the proverbial to access.
