I cant imagine Adam's fear when he was screamed Kim's name. he doesn't know what's happening in that van for he knows Mikayla could be dead and Kim is just sitting there distraught with grief
I about cried when she said "Mom" 🥹🥹🥹....Adam, Kim, and Makayla's relationship is sooo cute. I knew it was something when Kim first found her and I don't want this storyline to end. I've been binging all their moments together and it's amazing how Makayla is essentially a child they made together. Ik it's tough because Adam has hurt Kim and she doesn't trust him, especially since Makayla has seen a lot of scary things and people dying around her. He can be impulsive, but he loves Makayla, too 😍😍😍
I think a lot of doubt on Kim's side comes from the fact that Adam didn't think Kim should take Makayla when Kim first mentioned it to him on season 8. He said he'd support Kim, but he also told her that it was a reaction to losing their baby. It was nowhere near as supportive and encouraging as Kev was when Kim told him. Kim had a connection with Mak from the start. Adam's was more professional and then because of his love for Kim. And season 9 is Kim being a mum before everything else. I am amazed that the family counseling they all have hasn't forced Kim and Adam to properly define their relationship though. It's incredibly confusing for Makayla. I know the adoption process is different in the US, but in the UK that sort of ambiguity would have been cleared up before Kim could be approved as an adoptive parent.
I was scared throughout this whole episode and I was so scared I thought they weren't going to her back and my boy was ready to blow that man head off if kim said that she didnt have mack
I'm surprised it was that easy to break into the place with just a sledge hammer and one blow. This is a sketchy part of Chicago and that door and frame would have been reinforced with steel with multiple deadbolts and crossbars.

I like Kim Burgess personality and i hope she could become vice sergeant together Hank Voight in season therteen to drive Chicago pd inteligence unit because she can face difficult situations with bravery.
I binged watched season 8, and came up with how horrible Kim is to Adam. He loves that little girl with everything he has, and she loves him back and she uses her against him. Adam is more stable for Makayla than Kim is.
I would have to agree with you. My faves are Kim, Kevin and Adam but as of late I have not been appreciating the way Kim has been acting towards Adam as it concerns Mykayla.

And you just noticing that, I've been telling everyone for awhile now that Kim doesn't love Adam anymore. She never did if that was really true than she would have met it when they've gotten back together romantically the last time.
