This is super bad, just 1 rain and it will be doomed .. i mean you actually don not even need rain just wait .. even if you havd small pool with 10m3 of watter it would be around 10 tuns.. that will slowly press that sand away from midle and it will litererly sink... :/
I build a box from pressure treated 4x4 and burned it the fight off micro organisms but I laid down woven geofabric like state uses under gravel then filled my box wit sand scraped it off and tabled it all 4x4s are staked into ground with 2 foot 1/2” rebar and border screwed togsther but coped and over leaped with stakes through over lap cope or the 4x4 I figured would work
I wanna level for a 5x3 m pool this weekend, am I right in thinking its just the supports that are critical? I'm gonna have to excavated the whole damn garden otherwise.
i love how there isnt one video of the pool up to see if it worked.
That is a good idea.
you needed to use drain gravel first that would prevent the sand from washing away.
Wouldn't the weight of the pool collapse the sand and heavy rain wash it away?
Did that work out ok for just the summer?
Yes it did
I would have used less sand this time tho I got 15 ton
You never wanna build up
Especially not with Sand and those Coleman pool post just sink, regardless without being on a paver
