Where is number 20? Most the components are in pairs. Then there's two on right of engine (nosecone & air cleaner) and two on left of engine (Derby &horn). Add the single one on gas lid, and you have an odd # (19, imo). So where is the last one?

Hey Guys, just because I know the question will come up, I was riding this bike easy because it will still being broken in. Typically when I shift the stage 4 it's around 5k to 5500 PRM. I was short shifting it. I was only touching the start of the power band.

Very nice RG! Thanks Matt for all your videos. I am an avid rider. And have a rider back-rest and will never remove it. All my back issues stopped after I installed it. We rode 400 miles Sunday and my back never hurt! And that was after doing 278 miles Saturday! You can’t go wrong with a rider back rest.
Anyway nice build! Thanks for all your hard work!

      Hey Matt!
Appreciate all your videos! I have been watching your channel for awhile. I just bought a off brand gopro 3 months ago for safety while riding more than anything. And having filmed a lot of footage I can definitely respect how much work it takes you to make these videos, pack and carry all the camera equipment ect. My point? It takes a lot work. And you very appreciated! You and Jerry Paliodino (sp?) Ride Like a Pro guy have helped me tremendously! I’ve Been riding for 35 years. And I’ve learned more in the last four years than all of the years combined about safety, how to ride fast and aggressive safely, and what products to purchase. Again I’m simply thanking you for all your hard work. I was shocked this morning to see you actually replied although it was just a emoji. I thought that was really cool that you took the time. I will continue to support your channel.

Rider back rests solved over 100 years ago. High backed saddles vs. low backed. Low won. Yeah, I had the deluxe flip down, but with the custom seats built-in support, and the thought of the the honey on the back, and her sweet spot proximity.... I'm leaving the rest at home, even on the multi-day long one. Like UR stuff Matt. Keep it up.

For someone like me with 3 bad discs in low back and 3 in neck, I swear by my backrest. I agree it might take away from style, but when they pain hits, style goes out the window.

What amazes me is how up to date these bikes (specially the touring ones) can look if one invests the effort, time and creativity. Not speaking about this particular bike specifically but more in general after watching basically every build in this channel for the past year or so. If you would ask me a year ago I'd say HD were those shiny but heavy and slow bikes virtually only for the old dudes. How wrong was I. This is indeed an exciting new segment to keep an eye on. Great job Matt contributing to this new trend!

Kudos on the bike. It looks factory-done. He didn't just throw bling at it making it look vulgar. The parts chosen work together well and enhance the look of the bike. As far as the backrest, I don't ride my bike without one. I love setting the cruise on the highway, putting my feet up on the highway pegs and leaning back like I'm on a Lazyboy chair. And if you guys are worried about the looks, the HD backrest uninstalls in seconds. You can ride your bike in confort, get to the bike show, remove your backrest and throw in in the saddle back and show off your bike without the "geezer-aid". Greetings from Texas!!! 🛵

Rider backrest is the shiz. I don’t run it all the time but if I’m doing more than 70 miles in a ride I love it. If you upgrade your seat make sure you get the seat that is ready for it. Without the backrest installed your seat and bike profile looks the same. Back rest takes 5 seconds to put on after you have set it up meaning fit it for you.

When you're riding the Blake it detracts less from a lines and esthetics then you think it would and they can turn it to our writing day into a 6 hour writing day from a comfort and ergonomics perspective. It'll be among the best $300 to $400 spend you can make on your bike.

I haven't been real partial to the Road Glide, I've been more of a Street Glide Special/Batwing fairing kind of person. But, lately I've really been leaning towards the Road Glide Special. Especially with that Billiard Red color, it's a beautiful ride!!

From the factory, the fairing has the supports that tie into the crash bar. Does the lower fang fairing have hidden supports for the upper fairing, or are they not required. It seems odd that the factory would spend money to put them on if the aren't necessary. I wouldn't mind removing them from mine if they aren't needed.

Got a back rest..I 've alot of back problems and on a long ride or any ride for that matter I can get off after several hours and back doesn't bother me where as with out after a hour I'd really start feeling it and I'd hobble around the rest of the day.

I'm going with 18. Was the guy an ex Marine (The Punisher)? Nice, clean looking bike. Love the color and that chopped tour pak looks great on it, what a bike to own. Done right!
Backrest: I ride with a lot of folks with both years and miles under their belt and all use the backrest. I just ordered the Oynx Premium Luggage Touring Bag with the backrest pad. I will get around to getting an adjustable one and it will be the detachable backrest. I don't like it for short trips but for long multiple day trips laying down miles, everyone swears by them.

I’m curious to know what other folks with a stage iv kit think of it? I have a 2019 Road King special with a 114 (now a 117] I bought used with the stage iv kit (graduating from a FXDWG, 96” twin cam with a stage I kit on it). In my experience, I’ve found the stage iv kit to be phenomenal at freeway cruising, passing power, and long days with lots of miles. No matter how hard I’m going at it, the Milwaukee Eight still feels like it has more power. It’s a great feeling. However, and this is where I would be curious to get some feedback, I have found the stage iv kit much less enjoyable for bopping around town or mixed riding in general. The throttle is super sensitive and the bike just wants to go, go, go. It takes a hell of a lot more finesse I’ve found to ride it in town. I still love it and don’t regret buying the bike, but I’ve found the power of the stage iv to have limits in ways I did not anticipate. Curious to know what others think. Stay safe out there.

love the the rider backrest on my limited, especially on a long ride!! I grew up on metric bikes, got a harley a few years ago and it came with a backrest and it sat in my garage for a couple years. The first time i used it I was hooked!! Good videos Matt, keep it up !!

I put my rider backrest on my 19 RG today, what a difference. I’m taking my girl for a 300 mile ride tomorrow! BTW That’s just how I want my next RG to look like, only blue. That’s a bad bike!

I’m going 20 for the number. As far as rider backrest it is definitely the best thing ever and honestly I’m hard pressed to take it off for even shortest of rides. Fantastic looking scooter great review and explanation of stage 3 and 4 I know it’s not the first time you have done so.

Have thought of a backrest, but have read that injuries to one's back and neck would be more severe. For example, being hit from behind by a cager, even at a slow speed, when waiting at a stop light. Enjoyed the vlog Matt. Have a pleasant weekend. 😷🏍🇨🇦
