you shouldn't have an x pipe. with chambered mufflers. it defeats the x pipe. rule is h pipe with any muffler. x pipe with only high flow mufflers such as stingers or borla
American thunders are shitty most of flowmaster chambered mufflers aren't that great only sound good on 04 and back but with an H pipe, X pipe should be magnapacks or SLP's and Borla's like you said. Plus American thunders are too quite lol
freeyourmind88 Not necessarily, frankly with a mildly modified motor like this people would more likely choose the X-pipe for a better sound than the 2 & 1/2 rwhp you would gain from the H-pipe. Not trying to destroy your argument just saying that with such a weak motor people would rather have a better sound than gain hardly any power.
I disagree. X pipe may sound better to some people and they make slightly more HP. The "rules" for when to use H pipe is if you like the sound better no matter what muffler you have, price, and possibly fitment.
Gotta drop the k-member or lift the engine but yes you can do it. I recommend getting bbks. It's the only brand I know of that has a notch in the header to avoid the steering shaft. Otherwise you'll need an aftermarket steering shaft as well.

Nice "throwback"!!
Thanks Robert! -Justin
What’s the wheel specs though?? Offset?? Width??
Could all these parts fit my 02 v6 mustang?
Yes anything from 99-04
Wow what a difference looks amazing
Doesn't it look sick!? Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment Alex :) -Elaina
Looks good
Cool car😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
Lemme guess: 93 octane tune?
I'm not sure you know what staggered means?
Still slower than the stock 99 GT Motor Trend tested. Its 0-60 was 5 4. I had a 2000 GT, and would run mid 12's with light mods With the traction mods and 4.10gears he should be pulling low 5 second 0-60s.
*mid 12's in the quarter
I bought a manual 02 gt, did cobra heads from the b cobra, a cam, bore, port and polish, upgraded intaje plenums and decatted flowmaster exhaust. Hooking on a t5 tr3650 tranny with federal 595's. Puts about 420 down to the ground. Seems unreal tho to put out that much without any boost lol. So proud of my old girl
Elijah Smith you have videos?
@@dnsbb8033 i do lol. No youtube page currently. Thinking about starting one after i get the new bore and cams
LMAO righttttttttttttttt
And how much did all that cost u
@@chasemoneyy enough to put food on all the participating parties' tables
Something normal non youtube channel people can actually afford.
dream car
you shouldn't have an x pipe. with chambered mufflers. it defeats the x pipe. rule is h pipe with any muffler. x pipe with only high flow mufflers such as stingers or borla
American thunders are shitty most of flowmaster chambered mufflers aren't that great only sound good on 04 and back but with an H pipe, X pipe should be magnapacks or SLP's and Borla's like you said. Plus American thunders are too quite lol
freeyourmind88 What about flow master super 10's?
freeyourmind88 Not necessarily, frankly with a mildly modified motor like this people would more likely choose the X-pipe for a better sound than the 2 & 1/2 rwhp you would gain from the H-pipe. Not trying to destroy your argument just saying that with such a weak motor people would rather have a better sound than gain hardly any power.
you have no clue do you only little boys run stingers or borla . lmao
I disagree. X pipe may sound better to some people and they make slightly more HP. The "rules" for when to use H pipe is if you like the sound better no matter what muffler you have, price, and possibly fitment.
I insanely hate those rims
About how much did it cost in total
is it possible to put headers on an automatic gt?
Gotta drop the k-member or lift the engine but yes you can do it. I recommend getting bbks. It's the only brand I know of that has a notch in the header to avoid the steering shaft. Otherwise you'll need an aftermarket steering shaft as well.
Yes because I had one with LTHs.
