man your video quality is really insane, the editing, filming, script you should have more than 1 million subs really the video quality is insane for while I think i watch a 1 million channel video, keep going bro. greeting from morocco 🇲🇦
Tons of great actionable advice in this! I appreciate how you present a bunch of different methods people use so we can personalize a morning routine that best works for us individually! Very well researched!
Your video on the topic helped a ton for inspiration and the insights! If you pause the video at 0:29, or look into the google doc you can actually see your video haha
Hopefully this video can help you find your own perfect morning routine and make the most of each day :) Yet, I know that there is quite a bit of information covered. So to make things more clear, it's probably helpful to look over the "summary section" of this google doc (page 13): docs.google.com/document/d/1lLo-TindY8mCxtHoTF1I4CH9x0BqxNbbgOdRQ8eX0Ak/edit?usp=sharing
I'm naturally also not the biggest morning person. Like I wake up and can directly jump up & do everything, but without an alarm I could sleep forever haha
Thank you for the kind words! Like a lot. How is the content different in your opinion and how does this make it better? Maybe this can help to make more videos that you love seeing :)
@@JakobManthei i loved how instead of sitting in same room, same chair the whole video, u make the whole video a movie like going thought all these different places and stuff like that also with a bit of humor .
watching this video at 6:45 am after completing my walk. I have always struggled to form formidble morning routine and wake up time. I have always had habit of staying up late for good part of the last decade. Hope i can build a good morning routine now which lasts for long. Great video buddy.
Amazing that you actually watch this during your morning routine haha In that case (just an idea of course) just start by building a consistent wake-up ritual that you stick to most mornings and then start with the "nice & simple" by picking 1/2 Habits from the list mentioned in the Google doc in the bottom. There are also some "habit implementation strategies", mentioned in the last page of the doc. Thanks also for the kind words & let's both of us make 2023 the year of building a solid morning routine :) The alternative of wasting our mornings is definitely not worth it!
as an insomniac trying to get on a better sleep schedule, this was very inspiring!

I like the way you speak, natural and authentic
Thanks for saying that!
Was actually unscripted after the intro, so maybe that's something worth doing more of.
