Nice build. Chain tip... put it on the bike, find the length, mark the link to remove, ziptie it to the sprocket and grinding the pin face off right on the bike. No need to remove and the sprocket holds the chain perfect while grinding.

Did you paint the frame white because you wanted to protect it against corrosion, or because it was already driven? is it just for color?
