Playing metal guitar for almost 9 years I still consider this album a classic. Why? Because it's just awesome and it was one of the second metal albums that I believed that I purchased way back when. This album and Master Of Puppets are the reason I even got into guitar. Without those two I would have been a clarinet player.........fuck that.
Its hard to believe that its been 20 years since this album came out. Cowboys From Hell was the first Pantera song I ever heard, on KRZR 103.7 in Fresno, Ca.

That intro drum fill makes me jump out of my seat and when the riff comes in someone dies. if we play this song loud enough, overpopulation will no longer be a problem cause the riff is just brutal.
