@@bofa83 there’s been a lot of redirected pucks this year that have gone in to the net off skates. Quite a few of them had what can be considered a “kicking motion”, but none of them have been called back because the refs determined they were “redirected”. Check out some dang it’s from earlier this year, Steve has mentioned them a few times

I feel like you definitely missed a big one. Stars blow a 1-0 lead in the last minute of the game vs the Blues. They actually lost in because the Blues scored 2 goals in that last minute. And then Rick Bowness slams a stick a couple of times while leaving the bench. And what caused this to happen was a controversial call by the refs.
Ya it’s because they took two penalties in the last two minutes. The blues pushed them pretty hard and they made mistakes
I mean the blues have one of the best powerplays in the NHL... Giving them two chances at them is a good way to lose.

Oh don’t worry Nick we went on to yell “ref you suck” for 3 minutes straight after he gave a power play to the leafs after the leafs player had hooked the blues player. They went on to score on that power play. And we did it again when a player got called for holding….

The ref having to wait for it to announce the penalty is the best part of the clip.
I thought it was lame. Don’t celebrate like that when you had nothing to do with the goal.

I can't remember) against NSH after receiving a stretch pass about 382' offsides. lol

The officiating of the NSH v COL was a massive dang it. Especially the too many men call. In the same frame u see Nashville with even more men out than the avs. Zebras anger me.

I'm surprised the officiating in the Blues/Stars game didn't make it. I'm not too disappointed, though it would have been nice having another opportunity to bask in more Dallas salt.

I'm surprised that there haven't been more Dang-It's featuring the Montreal Canadiens this year... Also, I'm not sure the Leafs doing what the Leafs do is really a Dang-It anymore.
At this point including any Dangits from Montreal might just be too mean considering they've been playing ECHL guys recently.

I have listened to 3 podcasts this week and watched both the hat picks and the dang it's this week and not one word from any of them. Weird.

I was waiting for this edition of Dang-Its because I was at the Panthers Stars game and wanted to see if Bobrovsky’s giveaway would make it.

I was at that game, too. The energy in the arena was crazy.
How did the refs forgetting how to count to 3 in the Avalanche Predators game not make it in? Even if they counted 4 guys on the ice one of them was a ref jumping back on the ice yet it still was a too many men called on the Avs. NHL refs are a skating Dang-IT
Another great thing about the own goal is that they eventually gave it to Foligno and that's goal 100 for him.
What would’ve been hilarious would be if they gave it to the guy that scored on himself
When he tells the story of his 100th to his kids, he will have stripped Ovechkin, then walked Carlson to put it bar down.

Hey, Steve, I feel your pain. I've been a Rangers' fan for my whole life. I know what it's like to go decades without a cup. But you need to remember one thing. Only Montreal has more Cups than Toronto. The Rangers only have 4. FOUR in over 90 years. The most valuable team in the league and they can't win a damn cup, even with Lundqvist in net. UGH!
7:48 - As much as I like it when goalies play the puck, if only because watching people screw things up is one of my favourite forms of entertainment, I support this proposal, mainly because I prefer visually the old half-circle crease of the late-90s to the one with lopped-off sides they've had since 1998!
As a goalie I always hated the half circle crease. If for no other reason than it's ugly compared to the neat and tidy ones now. But practically it's easier to judge your position/depth with the squared sides, since the half circle has so much extra space that you never use playing goal.

For next week, the too many men call in OT against CO versus the Preds is the worst call I've ever seen. I cannot recall a worst call, especially considering it cost CO the game, in which they could've taken 1st place in the division. It is the worst Ref Dang-It I've ever seen.

The biggest part of the Caps own goal dang-it that he didn’t even MENTION was that Hags ruined Fucale’s perfect record which was the longest Rookie debut stat in history.
You should release a separate version of these videos with Steve edited out. I would watch that version every week. As is, I watch until I can't stand it any more, which usually happens about 3 minutes in or when Steve switches to falsetto, whichever comes first. You could call it "SN Dang-Its Minus Steve".

Egregious OT call in the Avs v preds game should have been here. I don’t like to complain about officiating or put bad calls in dang its, but that one was not bad, it was flat wrong and maybe the worst call I’ve ever seen.

Exactly, going from winning 1-0 with less than 1 minute to play to losing 2-1 in regulation, that seems pretty dang-it on Dallas.
The Sabres need to like have a séance or something to get this team going in the right direction. I feel so bad that we can't actually do anything. It has been like 20 years since I got excited to watch them play. I will never forget that caller just exploding on the phone however many years ago and we are still here sucking year in and year out. What a shame, well time to pick a new team. Since the Kraken are new and there are no expectations I am gonna go root for them. Thank you Steve and all of Sportsnet for everything yall do!
