Me personally I would paint the ceiling because the color is everything especially with the wallpaper
I do agree, especially as the wallpaper is from a victorian era. They would have colour drenched the room. Ceilings, doors, skirting boards, and architraves. The white does make the lighter colours in the paper pop more x
I think painting everything the green would definitely give the wallpaper its moment considering the bed is light especially if you want bringing in brass accents. It’s giving “French country” vibes . Love it ❤
The paper is one of my favourites, its called "The Strawberry Thief " and it's a paper by an English textile designer called "William Morris". He was a very affluential designer and heavily involved in the arts scene back during the British arts and crafts scene during the 1870s. His designs are still much loved today and the history of how he created his designs using traditional block printing is really fascinating. The Strawberry Thief is one of my favourite designs of his and i have it as a screen saver on my computer in this colour way you chose if a little more muted. Its such a beautiful design and he is well known for his intricate designs inspired by nature. Congratulations on a beautiful bedroom.

I love the color! The wallpaper is beautiful.. but please leave the ceiling, window, and door white. One more suggestion if I may...change your electric outlets to gold/ brass. Love it

I say paint the ceiling and just go bold. The monochromatic room would be a vibe. That green with the gold light fixture will pop.

I'm a color drench girl..I say go for it! You can brighten the room or balance it out with decor..the bed will already do that along with curtains, floor mirror etc. I think a wall to wall self above the bed closer to ceiling would be dope.

It turned out sooo good!!! At first I thought, paint the door too so when you walk out it's like you're leaving the room, you're in a totally different world when you leave. But now, I don't know. I think the white makes everything POP!
I love that color. My bathroom use to be that color. I would paint the door and closet doors. Looks like a touch of modern/old Hollywood, especially with the ceiling light. Its going to fabulous when its done.

I think a gold trim mirror would look good. A shelf with a picture would fight with the wall paper design and look cluttered. Leave the ceiling and window trim white. Use the curtain to shine by itself.

I think leaving the trim is a good idea, but I would actually wallpaper the ceiling. If not, then I would paint the ceiling one of the lighter shades of green. But I love your videos! They are so motivating! And a floating shelf large enough for a mirror would kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
Peace I think you should leave the ceiling white because then you're going to close the room if you do that. It kind of gives an eerie feel to it when you leave that ceiling White. If you have space in your walkway or hallway leading to that room you can make an accent wall in your hallway possibly

If you paint the ceiling it's going feel like the ceiling is close to you....and darken the room...leave the trim and the ceiling white it makes the room feel airy

Everything is beautiful just like it is, only thing I would do is paint the knobs on the closet to match the rods when you paint them gold maybe the door knob too 🤷🏽♀️

I think you should decorate the room and then decide on if you want to paint the ceiling. The color and wallpaper is nice so you could do either way but I think your furniture color will help decide
I love that wallpaper and paint color!!! I did something similar. My bedroom was a lighter shade of that green, but I mixed it with Baer "Swiss Coffee". I used that to paint one of the walls. I also added floating shelves to my TV wall. I fall in love with my room every day!😊

Great job everything turned out nicely reminds me of my office when I painted the walls, a sage green and wallpaper the back wall for my cabinets and shelves. Wallpaper can be fun, but I was trying to match up the flowers, which was quite interesting. I did do a video of it. Thanks for sharing 👍

I think you should leave the ceiling white because it makes the space look bigger and I would change all the hardware on the doors and socket covers to a brassy gold….other than that everything looks great

Because the wallpaper is already dark, I think the walls should have been a lighter green color. Just a tad bit lighter. I'd also keep the trim and ceiling white. Maybe my mind will change once everything is in the room.

Looooove the wallpaper!!! If you paint the ceiling, the yellow tone or beige tone in the wallpaper would be cute, or a lighter shade of the green or…wallpaper the ceiling too!! The bed covers I would do a solid color with texture, perhaps jacquard or chenille 🤔. Cute brass or gold toned mirror, then chef’s kiss!!!💋
