Good info. I'll play around with the "Send & Archive" setting. Hadn't noticed that before. I'm curious to see what will happen if I don't already have an Archive folder set up before I hit that button. Thanks for the content...always good stuff.
I see that's the case. What is nice Steve is that I have many folders set up for the projects I'm working on and if I have it already labeled then it goes right where I want it when I'm done.

Hi Steve is there anyway to change the color of the email text when looking on incoming email all text are black i would like to change the color to yellow with black backround will look great i allready change the backround but could not chage the text color please help ?? thanks
Hey Steve, Great Gmail tips! Thank you. You once mentioned the inability to access multiple Gmail accounts at the same time. Did you know ... that If you click on your photo in the top right corner (above the gear), you can make more accounts available? Check it out. HTH

Actually, everybody has the Archive "folder" set up. It's called "All Mail" though. You can find it in the left sidebar under the "More" link.
Hey BRUCE MAY Gmail archives it to a predefined archive, you don't have to set anything up.

Yep, I still have it.
"Undo Send" is no longer in the "Labs" tab. It's in the "General" settings, right under "Send and Archive"

Undo send is not under my gmail labs. It is only under general settings. What am I missing?
It is no longer a lab item, it is now a fully fledged capability.
