When it comes to statements against political figures, the bar for lawsuit is a lot higher. I don't know how that applies to judges and AGs but I'm pretty sure that Biden couldn't actually do do anything.
Also, "corrupt" is a pretty vague term and not specific enough I think to qualify as libel or slander
The court transcripts are the evidence of corruption. You can't get sued, when you're right.
The bar for libel or slander against a public figure is very high. You have to prove actual malice and not just error. Biden is definitely a public figure. It would be hard to argue Latita James wasn't especially after she did start to run for governor. I don’t know about Ergoron. I don't know if the fact that he holds a publically elected office makes him a public figure or not.

This isn’t the judge that told his lawyer to sit down, it was another judge.
