Game Information: Cricket 2004 is a video game based on the sport of cricket by EA Sports. The game was designed by HB Studios, known for their EA Rugby Series. It was released for the PlayStation 2 and Microsoft Windows.

I remember we also had injuries in this game which was very realistic and we have to manage accordingly if our key player is injured 😊

That pitch marker size is much needed in c24. Always believed pitch marker should be size of the ball. I hope youtubers like u can raise tickets to make a change
I get it, even though I play with ball marker turned off in Cricket 24. I just use the pitch marker as I prefer that realistic feel😃

Brother Explain Bowling Line Sensitivity cricket 24 please
Simply speaking- the higher you have it the more control you will have on the line of your bowling. (Standard and pro control)
Doesn’t really apply to arcade bowling because you are already selecting line and length with marker.
So for pro and standard controls, if you have the sensitivity 80+ it’ll be easier for you to hit the line again n again like a Mcgrath. If you reduce it the chances of wides increase and the bowling can become difficult. So it is a balance that you need to strike. For LOi games, i prefer keeping it on the lower side as it makes it more realistic these days.
Great retro video my friend, this was the first game where I could play County Cricket and I loved it. I am interested on your views about the Brian Lara games, I liked them, but no County option, but I did like the challenge mode, which I wish they would bring back!
Yea, no county options but as far as I am concerned Brian Lara cricket series was much much better than EA. Codemasters used to publish so many great cricket games - Brian Lara series followed by Ashes were really enjoyable. (Up until Ashes 09)
@@RahulRants Yes, the Brian Lara games had good gameplay. BTW did you ever find that if you scored over a 1000 runs in a test match (on the original Brian Lara game), if you played automatic bowling, you would never win. I once scored 1000+ in a first innings (batting first) by about tea on the first day, and couldn't bowl out the opposition lol!

batting was too tough, getting runs was so deficult in this ea cricket 04...they retort in ea cricket 07
Ea 07 was really really “amateur” in terms of difficulty.
Don't know why but still looks more fluidic than c24
The animations especially batting are super smooth!
Smooth and realstic where as in c24 annimations look ugly.
What is your expectation from next C24 patch update?
I really wanna see the Pro team come out. But I guess it is a long way away. As of now I guess well will see some roster updates and maybe some minor fielding tweaks
@@RahulRants well, I prefer to have some new bowling actions as there is gonna be an upcoming series of Eng and Aus in September. Especially, the actions of Mark wood, Moeen Ali and Adam zappa etc.

Cover ea cricket 2002. I think ea removed all types of shot from ea 2000 to 2007. I hate bowling in 2002 but batting is great for its variety.

I have a question In cricket 24 I have customized the slider settings for test & ODI but I'm unable to play cover drives without getting edges whereas the AI can easily smash through the cover drives that seems unfair so please guide.
It is not unfair. To control AI’s batting you need bowl better or get much better or just ease up the slider and increase wicket chances , decrease the entire bowling parameters in sliders etc..
With the batting also either you can decrease your slider and once you perfect it go up.
You cant have both unfortunately with sliders.
@@RahulRants I decreased the Edge on Good to "0" and slightly increased the ball marker display time. Thank you for the guidance ☺️

@@RahulRants i tried with that patchs. It fixed only run out bugs. Only good thing is batting shots. Especially the cover drive..
