Hi, it's been a while, hope that you are well. Here in the UK, we are limping towards the end of season 10 of SG-1, and limping is the word. It is clear that the writers were struggling for ideas, which i suppose is understandable after so many seasons. Episodes like, The Road Not Taken, where Sam finds herself in a, alternate universe in which the Ori are about to invade the Earth, the Stargate programme has been disclosed, Landry is the president and general Hammond is back at the helm, oh, and Sam was married to McKay. Amusing in places, but a poor man's versiuon of season four episode, There but for the Grace of God. Dr Lam was introduced as a replacement for Janet, but was only around for a few episodes, like i say, they were fast running out of ideas.
Just really busy with the holidays comeing up. I don't know if yall in the uk celebrate the same ones we do. I didn't care so much for season 9 and 10. I am also have a hard time finding music that would fit with sg1 and sga. Also u do know Hammond die from a heartattack in real life I think in the season 9 or 10. It is a shame he was a wonderful actor. In the show one of the ships is called the Hammond I think it was blown up in a fight with the ori.. naming the ship after Hammond was to honor him in real life after his death.
@@debradakayebrowning1239 Pretty much the same, Christmas(can't belive how quickly that has come round), Easter, Halloween, we don't celebrate Thanksgiving.
I understand the Thanksgiving that's a American holiday. The others are holidays just like everywhere. 👍 hope you have a great holidays. I will try to find some music for sg1 and sga before the new year and make ya some new videos. 🙂 if you have any suggestions let me know.
@@debradakayebrowning1239 Thanks. Re ideas for new videos, i don't know if you have done these in the past, but what about putting the best SG-1 and Atlantis docs together? I would have loved to have seen Janet and Carson together, even if it had been for one or two episodes. SG-1 finally limped over the finishing line recently, i thought that the series finale, Unending was very disappointing for the last episode of a series that ran for ten seasons, a bit dull and no resolution to the conflict with the Ori, would have been ok for a regular episode, but like i say, a bit of a letdown for the final episode. Wish you all the best for the holidays and hope we all have a better new year.

Did I pick the right music and photos to go with it. What was 2010 about I can remember I an fleshing up rewatching sgi and Atlantis. Tjank u for the kind word as you can see my utube channel I make them for favorite programs I really didn't know people still watched stargate. @@debradakayebrowning1239 2010 is set in an alternate timeline, the Gou'uld have been wiped out thanks to the Aschen, the Stargate as been made public and the Aschen have also provided Earth with astonishing technological and medical advances. Sam and her husband are trying for a child, without success. Sam is talking to Janet who is bored since illness has been virtually eradicated. Janet examines Sam and discovers she is infertile,she can't have children. She can't understand how the Aschen doctors could have missed this(they told Sam everything was fine). They make a terrifying discovery, over 90% of the worlds population are infertile. This is how the Aschen conquer worlds, through long term bloodless conquest. It is a classic episode, it should have been a two part story, in fact it could have been an ongoing story arc, there is simply too much to be fitted into a 45 minute episode. In one scene, Sam visits Jack and asks for help, Jack snaps at Sam, he is angry and bitter, he thought that the Ascen were too good to be true from the start and nobody shared his doubts, he is estranged from his former comrades, he hasn't spoken to Teal'c for years. Re the music and pictures, yes, they are spot on.
@@DavidSmith-fs5qj yes i remember that one Jack at his fishing cabin and tick off because nobody belive and they r now wanting help. Sam was the one who got the note thru the gate. But later on they do go to that plant.it the one with the big pool of Gould baby and the mother was work to death but died in that lady. I would like to know how that big old Gould got in that lady lol
