A Waltz Theme by Durand from the Palmer-Hughes Accordion Course Book 6. It's a very, VERY short version of the original piano solo, and a bit changed, but what the hey, it's still good :)
@murto0825 thank you :) too bad about the wrist, but hey.. it'll heal :D get well fast and good luck with book 6 :) I'm just starting book 7 now and I've gotta admit - it's difficult, even compared to 6, even overwhelming in some places. But I guess it's a matter of practice. _______ Simon
Hi Simon. Sorry to trouble you but I have a question here. You are my tutor and you and I are currently working on this song. I play you over and over and copy your technique and try to match you. I am one of those people that prefers to hear a song played than read the music and figure it out. If it is played initially for me, then the rest goes easier. When I play it blind - well - it is much more of a struggle. However, in this piece, did you take a certain liberty with the bass in the first three lines? The rhythm is not what I was expecting?
