No such thing as "internal customers" because they neither pay for the product or service they get from the "internal supplier" nor have the ability to find an alternative. "Internal customers" are colleagues on the same side of the supply agreement with your real customers...and it helps never to forget it!
@@123JDEV Of course it is, as a Quality Professional I've ploughed the same furrow for decades. And the only bosses I've had who struggled with it were MBAs.. but they got it in the end when the penny dropped that treating colleagues like customers was a ridiculous notion.
