so the fan speed is that adjustable when using the heater? I have the original Hcalory and think the fan is too slow. 2nd question is the control unit on the front hard wired or is it bluetooth.. I've alway hated leaving them out in the weather in the snow or a cold rain.
It is running about 50 degrees cooler than the wippro on the low setting that is why it ran longer on low. It is also running about 50 degree cooler on the high setting as the wippro. It isn’t more efficient it just runs cooler requiring less fuel. It is a less powerful unit likely good for smaller spaces than the wippro. The gadgets and features are way better than the wippro however. The companies explanation basically says they think you are ignorant or stupid.
Great job on the video, really informative. Just curious about how much ticking noise there is when it's on the different levels? Sometimes that can be a big deal when trying to sleep .:)
I really like the app on the Hcalory Toolbox 2. I like the more compact size on the Wippro but I would be leaning Hcalory at this point if I had to choose. Taking it out camping in a month when it gets cooler so will see how it does
I love your reviews, nice job. I couldn’t help thinking, is the lower fuel consumption due in part to a reduction in heat output? What was the low heat output on this unit compared to the Wippro?
@alexbrown5229 yea that would be nice. If I could change out the controller and have the updated app I would do that but I think the wiring is different
Just like most Chinese heaters they lie about output. My math indicates this heater is near a 4.5kw output. Maybe your reviews could start to include the math. Hold these guys accountable. 6 liters should only produce about 220k btus. 6 liters at 27300btus (8kw) should only run 8 hrs.
just ordered myself one! no more freezing Wisconsin weather in my garage..
Good video. I ordered one on 10/30 on a wing and a prayer.
Great video! just ordered one
Nice review. Can this unit sit outside in the winter (32 or lower) and just the hot air delivery tube be in the heated space? Thx for the help.
@@billcoleman8301 it can but do not think it is waterproof
Thx!

Go Dawgs!
@@keithbrookshire go Dawgs! I am in Jacksonville, went to the game yesterday
Great video. Is the system weather proof? Is it made to be out in the rain etc?
Can you provide some feedback on the auto start stop temp feature
If had to pick between new WIPPRO and this one, do you have a preference?

Thanks! I agree about app n main reason I’m considering this over Wippro.
Does it come with exhaust pipe and muffler? Looks like a winner.
I love your reviews, nice job.

Hcalory one seems to be the way to go with lower fuel use, better heat output, and a much easier-to-use APP.
Wouldn't the exhaust burn the hose going up to the tent?
I thought about that and tried it out, I had it moved over to the side as it went up to the tent
Wish the hcalory app worked for the previous gen toolbox heater cause I hate that app
Same here man. I want F° haha
@alexbrown5229 yea that would be nice. If I could change out the controller and have the updated app I would do that but I think the wiring is different
@@stevenbrown2039 yeah I considered the afterburner controller but yeah it does not work on the hcalory bummer
@@alexbrown5229 yea sucks looks like I'm gonna have to buy a whole new heater if I want the new app
