    Good advice Adam, I do all you have said, my blood pressure is still high, my pulse is 44 bpm resting, what do I do now ?

      Look into the carnivore diet ! but don't change drastically. Dr Story may not agree though. ✌💯💚

      @@Amanda_downunder The soil in many areas is depleted in potassium (and most likely in other important minerals as well), you might think you get enough potassium through eating greens, but if the soils are depleted... (which doesn't mean that there is not magnesium and iodine deficiency, just that low K increases blood pressure among other problems)

    I think it'd be helpful to clarify the types of vegetables a little more. For example, I would think a plate with a lot of potatoes, corn and rice might not be as beneficial as one with mostly FIBROUS vegetables, yet people would argue that "those starches are vegetables too". 😊

      Vegetables like spinach, broccoli, avocado, beets, carrots, etc. Not skittles.

    Don’t say deep breathing 🙄 # 4 do not have diabetes/metabolic syndrome.. #5 do not listen to/wait for doctors to help you.. They will not.. It’s up to you
