- 🔮 Going back to that sliver in time in the 90s before Scream came out, but where we were already well on our way into a new era of horror, today's episode is all about The Craft. Join us as we delve into the horror movie version of Mean Girls, discuss the potentiality of a Craft television series, and give our own interpretation of what the characters and story means to us. We'll also choose which character we think was most deserving to die, so stick around until the end.

You guys NAILED Sarah's monotone boredom, I've never heard anyone actually call it out before, lol.
".......powers of Mother and Urrrth."
😂😂😂
"You girls watch out for the weirdos."
"We are the weirdos mister. 😎😁"
Clicked so fast almost broke a nail… “These are his gifts!!!!” 😂❤❤
Ray was played by John Kapelos, the janitor from Breakfast Club! 👀
Also love Cherry Falls. Keram Malicki-Sanchez is awesome 🍒
I remember Nowhere!! Related note: we're having a Gregg Araki showing of Doom Generation at the Majestic in Tempe AZ on Saturday 6/24, with James Duval meet & greet. 🏳🌈
Also, I had a wiccan friend who gave their daughter the middle name "Manon." Unknown if it was due to this movie or other influence. Filet Mignon 🤣
assigning zodiac signs to the main characters (and quickly explaining *why*) should be an official little segment of the podcast . i always love when you do that. i don't even believe in astrology but it's fun.
Agreeed
1:55:33 omg I love cherry falls 🍒
"Weak, weak, weak..."
😂💯
Rachel True was famous for being on a sitcom called "Half & Half"
She was also quite a bit older than the other three by a fair amount.
Nancy wasn't upset because Sarah was getting popular, she was upset because her magic wasn't working and Sarah's was.
Love this movie but the ones thing I actually give credit to the new one for is the connection between the girls and where they go with it despite the many dumb/lazy writing decisions they decided with the story
Go Zack! Your passing the baton speech was brilliant! Chills!
I always assume everybody knows Rachel True from the show Half & Half
Great show..I'm one of those shit disturbing Geminis..we just like to mix things up from time to time..gossip is our drug of choice..
This should be a fun watch... 🧙♀️✨
Loving those English accents guys....Pip Pip tally ho!
“chronicle” with Micheal B. Jordan is the female version on “The craft”.
Funny how we get female Ghostbusters - BUT did anyone think we would get a all male lead cast for “The craft” reboot ..?
You guys didn't miss anything with the new craft. It was garbage and the ending made no sense, the timing doesn't add up. Funny thing I remember watching Fear and the Craft back to back on thanksgiving lol. They had it on cable. And in the scene with Nancy at the party I remember my brother saying that Chris deserved to die and I was like WTF no. With their power dynamic I feel like that Sara had the powers but she needed the coven to learn to harness it like Eddie said. I'm still not sure of the other two ever had powers or were they always smooching off either Sara or Nancy. I feel like the Craft could've been inspired by Heathers. In some deleted scenes they show that Sara is the one who helps Bonnie get rid of her scars so she really still had all the magic until I think somehow Nancy gets it too and then gets more power when she calls Manon. Sara I always thought she was a Virgo and yes Bonnie seems like a Leo. One of the complaints about Rochelle character is the that they cut a lot of her scenes like the one you mention with Laura. But I think they wanted to keep the movie more focus on Sara's POV and Nancy's . Great video guys.
Eddie has the nicest face😊
I get what zack is saying about not wanting to see a new generation of kids, but i hope he realizes that it mostly happens because the studios think that focusing on the younger generation is how they make money in the box office
Rachel True in Nowhere by Gregg Araki
Just came back to say that Laura Lizzie was definitely a Taurus. Okay, thanks guys!
Also, you should definitely review Batman Returns. I always felt like the Penguin could have his own horror movie, he's terrifying.
Fear is so good btw.
YESSSSSSS ❤
Oh how I love The Worst Witch 1:22:48 So happy you mentioned it. I felt seen 😂😂
1:44:43 Maybe they could spin it as a class reunion kinda thing 😂
1:47:54 so stupid. New headcanon Nancy didn't have a baby at... What, 16?? Let's don't
R U A ZOMBIE 🧟♂️ AMERICAN ZACHARY??????
