What a great use for the HomeRight heat gun! There are so many fun phrases that you could use to personalize a candle. Thanks for sharing this creative idea!
@@nikitavandeventer840This hasn’t been my experience. I’ve made and tested these candles and the tissue paper doesn’t melt, just the wax underneath it. I have a feeling people make these instructional videos but don’t actually burn test the candles. The tissue paper begins to peel during the burn and falls off once the pillar has burned through. It’s actually a huge fire hazard and personally I wouldn’t risk it. I wish there was another way to make this work as the aesthetics are beautiful.
Hi thank you, I did it the same way you did but it came off! The design became bright after heating even the candle melted but did not work☹️ 1- Some videos say we should print on the shiny side of the tissue paper, which side is correct to print on? 2- What's the different between tissue and tracing papers in this project? Thank you
i know im asking the wrong place but does anyone know a trick to log back into an instagram account? I somehow lost my password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Grayson Rocco thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out now. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hi I just used hair dryer and the candle melted and itv didn’t quite stick.. any suggestions please? Do I need to cover it with glue on top for it to stick? Thanks

You're welcome! It's an easy project and so fun to make!
Sorry... need to ask dumb question. What happen to the tissue paper?
Its so thin it smelts into the candle wax becomming one with the candle. You won't see the ends of the tissue paper

What will happen to the paper when we light up the candle?
@@suehaddadsarkis6090 I have made these and tested them. It does not melt with the wax. It just peels off and becomes a fire hazard.
Can u use this technique on other items like glass cups?
Can I light a candle that was customized in this way?
Sure, glad you like them.

Thank you!
So glad you like it!
Do you print on cardstock or the tissue paper?
If you'll read my post (link is in the video description) I share how I did it. It's printed on tissue paper.

So we gonna print twice first on paper and then on white tissue???
Yikes! Sorry, here's the link! h2obungalow.com/how-to-add-words-to-candles/

be aware, all scents are highly toxic!
Not really. It depends on what they are made with. Essential oil ones are fine.
