    chef harpal, i've made this recipe (with fresh purple bhindi!) and it was delightful, but i also wanted to say that i used some amchur in a chinese style stirfry I just made, and it blends very well with soy sauce and sesame oil. I would love to see you explore the combination. Keep up the great work. Your smile and joy are contagious. Cheers from New York!!!

    I am big fan of your's. I am based in Europe and use a Siemens Induction which is great. I have a range of 0-9 . 9 is the highest. so when yo say low flame what is the range that I need to select?

      Hi Shankar when i mean i high it should be at 8 on your gas stove,and when medium it means 4-5, low would mean 2-3..

      Dal Makhni is done with black dal, dal tadka is done with yellow dal(Tuvar Dal)..
