Hi Chef, I had the following question. You add mushrooms, after Capsicum is completely cooked. Capsicum will cook again after the mushrooms are added. So won't capsicum overcook.
In India mostly we love capsicums that are completely cooked to incorporate the flavour of capsicum in the gravy...however here mushrooms get cooked very fast..
I always follow and gave great different but tasty meals after. Keep doing what you do Best. (We would say Mushroom cut into quarter's). Music better your style please.
Pls can you post a video of mutton cooked in cast iron or mud pot. Like you know traditional method but in Punjabi style chef. My hubbywould love to have such Punjabi style food. THANK you chef. One request pls don't use silicon spatula chef.

Good recipe, my question is , Can the mushrrom be fried before and then added later so that they do not slush up the gravy ?
I also do the same. Fry mushroom, capsicum, onion beforehand and then add to gravy. Saves time and tastes great.
