Offlane is one of the best roles to play, but can be punishing if you cant play correctly. This guide will help you with the basics of playing Offlane, and can greatly increase youre chances of Success wining a match of Predecessor! Hope you Enjoy!

really wanna start playing against players but too scared of not making the right choices and making my team mad but your videos are helping me build game confidence so thank u
I appreciate that! Something i can say is I would play and get kinda used to all the roles. not a pro at the roles just a basic understanding. then switch to pvp. turn off chat, and just focus on your fundamentals. if someone starts ping spamming just tab and mute their pings. dont worry about it. if you can focus on your own gameplay you WILL improve!

HEARTEARMING TO HEAR THAT! Try greystone in offlane. and remember patience! take things slow. the key to mobas is slow wins the long game.

Would you say the heroes roles are more of a suggestion or should I use them as a set in stone guide? Like can I play off lane while using a character who's labeled as jungle or midlane?
they are more suggestions. HOWEVER! Until you truly know what youre doing, do not try to play weird match ups. playing a support role in offlane will get you a loss. playing a caster in the jungle will hurt the team.
@@KiokuVT Good to know thanks for the advice.There are characters I would like to try but have refrained from using because they are meant for jungle, or carry and I do not want to play those roles.
@@frostythecaseman Playing certain Characters in certain roles, isnt gunna be good until you understand more of the game mechanics. Too soon and yo ure ending up throwing the match. but once you know more, you can experiment more
Played my first pvp game as I get anxiety thinking about playing against actual people. Forced to play offlane and I never played it v AI... got absolutely rolled and left out of embarassment... here's to improving!
Im sorry to hear that! dont be embarrassed. let your team know you dont play the role, if they get toxic mute them. but the best way to learn is experience. play the role. lose lots of games. and just get better over time.
My issue is that I can't get any kills no matter what role I am playing. Also I don't understand the whole buying items with gold. What items should I buy and when do I use the item. I haven't seen any videos explaining any of this
all items you buy in the shop are passive items. meaning you dont use the items. they just work. besides the crests, health pots, and wards. if youre not sure what to build. just build the recommended. they work pretty well. i recommend watching my ultimate guide. i explain the shop in that video. it has timestamps.
Wait....abilities don't agro minions? That's huge. Although I think they will agro towers? Also I'm pretty sure certain abilities like Narbash thunk will agro?
Ill test the thunk, but im pretty sure it doesnt. only basic attacks and the ultimates. but again ill test and give a definite answer. also yes. any damaging ability to a hero will aggro towers.
I've carried out a test on 9 different characters: Countess, Crunch, Dekker, Drongo, Feng Mao, Gadget, Gideon, Greystone, and Narbash getting them all to level 6 and testing all their abilities to see which aggro the minions including ultimates. All abilities tested including ults did NOT aggro minions with the exception of the following:
- Countess Q and Ult
- Drongo E (Empowers basic attacks so makes sense)
- Greystone E (Also empowers basics attacks)
- Narbash RMB
Will test on other characters over time but seems to be different for certain abilities.@@KiokuVT

Shinbi is my most played character. ill get a guide out soon for her. I play Shinbi Offlane, Jungle, and Midlane.

Yes sirrrrrr. If you get to level 2 first you can 1up the opponent. this goes for any lane honestly
