    I just spent two days trying to dial in that exact same press.
    First thing I noticed was the screen angle, I added 6mm plates at the base of the arms to improve the angle.
    I also had to move the rings up where the springs attach because there was insufficient space for a larger tubed screen.
    Interesting point about emulsion thickness and calling it a "well" I will use that one.
    Thanks

      This press is quite the personality 😂 I have gone through some things I have changed in other videos to make it work also haha!
      Thanks for watching!

    what kind of heat press did you use?

    • @thirtythreetees4695
      @thirtythreetees4695  3 года назад

      I actually got this heat press from a friend. But it is a 5 in 1 press from eBay. There in no brand on it to give you any more information.

    320 for 3 minutes? Appreciate the video 👌

      Yes, just keep an eye on the ink instructions and if you are heat pressing, make sure to get rid of the moisture. Press for 20-30 then release and then start the 3 minute press. Hope this helps

      @@thirtythreetees4695 I’m using a heat press too and it was hard to find the right time to press water based ink . It definitely helps. Appreciate it🙏

    how many washes till it starts to fade?

    • @thirtythreetees4695
      @thirtythreetees4695  4 года назад +3

      I have washed it around 15 times and it still doesn't seem to be fading. If it is cured right you shouldn't have an issue. This could also be different with more vibrant colours. You may start to notice a reduction in vibrancy after 10+ washes.
