bro, what is the format of your laptop's eMMC? MBR or GPT? and also what is the format of your USB flashdrive? MBR or GPT? these are the only two limiting factors right now to my installation. everything got messed up after i installed ChromeOS Flex.
I used gpt.
Just create your bootable windows 10 drive with rufus.

edit:my my laptop was downl=grade by me (windows 8.1) and i use wrong edition and make the laptop super buggy and i want to install windows 10 and the installer is not working and start lagging at booting logo acer or the screen glitching/blue screen (like bsod colour)

What is the error message you get?
Make sure you use windows 10 x32 bit to install the windows

Make sure your bootable usb drive was created with rufus. In rufus, select GPT under partition scheme.
Make sure the laptop you are creating the bootable windows 10 on isn't infected with virus.
You can also reset your PC.
With the Acer one s100 on, hold the shift key and restart your PC . A blue screen will appear. Select troubleshoot, select reset PC. Select keep my files . Follow prompts to reset your PC to factory settings.

The drivers didn't install help
Make sure you select the correct model.
Type " DXDIAG" on the space on your taskbar to view the exact model of your ACER laptop.
Then follow the steps to download the correct drivers
