    Another very informative class.
    Teacher, is it possible for you to start instructor coaching class as well. In which you tell us what is important to consider regarding running the class.

      That’s a great suggestion. I’ll put it on the list of things to make. It might be a while before I get around to it though as I still have so many more classes that need to be filmed.
      The Global Martial Arts University actually has a really good course that covers being a martial arts instructor it’s called calls certified martial arts teacher program (CMAT)

    During the Axe Kick where I really feel the stretch is on the leg that stays on the floor

      Is it in the hip flexor of the base leg?

      @@AdamGerrald I think it's that one yes. It's across the middle leaning to the inside and the stretch is felt closer to the groin. I guess it's the usual, just need more stretching x)

      Yeah that’s the hip flexors 😂 And you’re right just means more stretching. For me my hamstrings are tighter than my hip flexors so that’s where I feel it, but we’re all different
