That’s a great suggestion. I’ll put it on the list of things to make. It might be a while before I get around to it though as I still have so many more classes that need to be filmed. The Global Martial Arts University actually has a really good course that covers being a martial arts instructor it’s called calls certified martial arts teacher program (CMAT)
@@AdamGerrald I think it's that one yes. It's across the middle leaning to the inside and the stretch is felt closer to the groin. I guess it's the usual, just need more stretching x)
Yeah that’s the hip flexors 😂 And you’re right just means more stretching. For me my hamstrings are tighter than my hip flexors so that’s where I feel it, but we’re all different

During the Axe Kick where I really feel the stretch is on the leg that stays on the floor
