Grading Sparring Match 3 of 3
Had to do 3 sparring matches back to back for Lakan Guro grading. Here is the third one with Mandala Njoli.
Keep in mind these are friendly sparring matches with the mindset that the stick represents a sword not just a stick.

    Thank you for the videos! Do you have a question on angle one strike, on the confused on how the white weight distribution works on that one, cuz I see how you're moving your your hips like do I lean more to the back leg or four leg or do I try to do like equal amount of weight on both? Cuz I'm naturally leaning back and then moving the weight forward as I strike. But it seems like your feet are doing the opposite and I'm just kind of mentally like what lol

    • @AdamGerrald
      @AdamGerrald Месяц назад

      Typically if you are striking with your right hand, you will transfer around 80% of your weight to your left leg. Try to think about if you’re doing a forehand strike then you press off the ground with your right leg and transfer weight into your left leg. And the opposite is true for a backhand strike. Hope this helps

    hey dude, I'm going to go through your nuncheck series too! just see this is a new upload. I commented on one of your TKD videos regarding Skool membership as I'm on the edge of buying it, just wondering what your plan is for TKD as I'm currently white belt and have my next grading in 7 weeks so would love for your skool program to compliment my on going growth. i.e I only see white and yellow belt on the Skool Video? is this the case or do we have more, like on your university channel I think it goes up to orange or green, thanks so much look forward to your reply!!

    hi Adam, I'm thinking about joining your Skool for the Nunchuck and TKD training. I only see the first two belts on TKD at the moment (on the video) but I'm training for the Black Belt eventually. Is this in the making? I hope so, then we both benefit from a long term membership! Thanks, Kieran

    • @AdamGerrald
      @AdamGerrald Месяц назад

      Hey Kieran, the plan is to eventually make it all the way to black belt. There are currently only 2 levels, but more in the making. It’s going to take a few years to have all the levels flushed out the plan is to eventually have 468 classes. 3 classes a week for 3 years.
