i am going to change the rear diffuser and tips.... i thought you did this by yourself. I am wondering how hard it is and there is any instruction for DIY... i am looking for Armytrix or other Japan made rear diffuser... Any helpful tip for this DIY?
Nice diffuser, and I got the same diffuser. Was it a pain to remove the factory diffuser? I got the tips, but trying to get that rectangular housing out without taking the muff down is a pain. I have removed all the bolts but something is still holding it. Let me know if you have tips for that. Thanks for the video.
It is very tricky, I just had to mess with it a little bit, and I was able to get everything off without having to take too much apart
@@stevensgarage- thanks was able to take the housing off. Except that little black diffuser. Seems like you can put the carbon f diffuser on top of the other one
For the exhaust covers… Did you just reach in to get those bolts or did you end up dropping the muffler? About to change my set up. Pretty sure you said you just reached in?
Yes, I used extensions and just reached up in there to get to the bolts.
Do u recommend the lc 500
Yes
None of the aftermarket tips will properly fit the LC's OE exhaust. First off they are all way too long at 165mm 6.5'' plus if you want the 4'' outlets, then the inlet OD is too big. Only custom made tips specifically for the LC will give you the proper look and fit. PM me to inquire or order, I've already fitted over 100 LC's with custom tips. 😎
Just to clarify, these are NOT for factory OE Exhaust.
I have the OEM exhaust and I like how it sounds since I mod the valves to be always open. I am interested on customer made tips how do I get in contact with u. Don't know how to PM you in youtube
