particle board is the cheapest material for making furniture.
prelaminated MDF and particle boards are widely used in commercial furniture industry as it is cheaper and easily usable.
marine plywood is the strongest material to make furniture, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
multiwood is a upvc board and is widely used in making kitchen cabinets. multiwood kitchens kerala are becoming more popular as they are fire resistant and waterproof material.
multiwood rate in kerala is around 150 per sqft.
PVC foam board have become the new trendsetter in the design industry but have some drawbacks like bending issues and lack of screw holding capacity.

assembling cheyyunundenki mathre ariyan pattollu. illenki ariyan pattilla. ask for product details otherwise. Also MDF will be very heavy and particleboard will be lightweight.
