Very well explained. After painting with PU paint you can also do a top coating in high Gloss, Semi Glos or Satin or Matt finish by spraying.
Please add this information too. Also explain more about a good Spray booth. Many spray painters are not aware of this. They all think a closed
airtight room with an exhaust fan makes a spray booth. Also, please explain what is a water curtain in a spray booth. All big professional furniture manufacturers
all around the globe use water curtain in a spray booth to get a superb finish. In the middle east, many companies use them. Our workers are still learning.....
There are few spray booth manufacturers in India too. ( I have seen them in Bangalore during a Trade show 2 years back )
Perhaps many new Interior designers are not aware of this. They have no technical knowledge of production. These should be also taught
in Interior Design colleges. Most of them simply depend on our unprofessional local workers, very sad......

How cost effective is PU coating compared to lamination? Is it scratch resistant? Can this be done in site, so that the consumer can ascertain that the ply brought to site is genuine 710 grade?
Sir... You are doing a good service to the public... It is very helpful to the newly making house projects and renovation plans.. So many inferior designing companies cheating customers with higher rates and finally they are not completing their job after received full payment..
