Correct. That is when we move to one technology (no sound) to sound. That is also the reason why we have upgraded all pending orders for free. Sorry to have kept you waiting. Producing high tech quality products takes time. Designing 3D parts and detailed building instructions is a very hard work for a startup company like ours, but we hate keep people waiting. Sorry for that.
it is so annoying when you get part of the instructions been 6 months and still waiting for the remaining instructions. If the product was not ready for sale you think they would have waited to complete before sale.
Hello Richard. I understand the frustration. Originally, our kits were sold without any 3D printed parts and everyone was managing the installation of engines and lights according to the plan and pictures available on the site. The addition of the 3D parts is of course more convenient but also less intuitive. Therefore, we have start to develop tutorials on video, which is quite new for us. Sorry, it takes some time. As our T&C stands, we will refund any one in the six months after the delivery of the electronic set. But we'll do our best to provide more detailed information asap. Sorry again to keep you waiting.
