Idea is great but the spinner-hubs (some in other videos of models are shockers) are off-centre out of round/wonky, maybe add resin printed to kits and the LEDs are the way wrong temp, old lightning was yellow. Your client base are very pedantic on detail. Great innovation
Dear Michael, The video shows a very first prototype, which has be build with the material available in the lab in that time/ All these remarks are addressed in our commercial kits. Please, check the dozens of others vids

Bloody ace that is but the mid upper turret needed moving up and the exhaust flame dampers shouldn't have been fitted to the nacelle sides, also you should have used the paddle blade props.
Our focus was definitively different ...
Blue lights wrong. Engine start-up sequence wrong (that's why we cut away from real footage) etc etc. Nice model, but the elex all over the palce.
Blue lights have been used only for the prototype. Please, read earlier the comments. Startup sequence match perfectly and has been validated by the restorers of NX611 'Just Jane'. Whenever you need advise, they are the champions. Roger out. Kind modeling regards, Richard
@@MagicScaleModeling Not according to my grandfather, who flew one with 617 Sq., and said it was always port inner, starb inner, port outer, starb outer by regs. - or any contemporary footage I have seen. Nice try though. Muted now from preemptive boredom caused by any reply.
@@1977ajax All respect to your Gran dad, but the generator is on engine 3, which MUST be started first. By muting down any couter reply, you will never learn and repeat endlessly the same mistakes. We went on site and have filmed/recorded NX611. The video is available on our RUclips channel, including the invaluable comments of the site manager and restorer. Kind modeling regards, Richard
I would like two of these kits but first need to know, will it fit in a 1/48 hk lancaster. The other i have is the 1/32 border lancaster

Shouldn't the lights be a less bright yellowy colour not bright white leds.As far as I know you can get those softer coloured leds for illuminating old subjects like this.
Sure. Please, do considere this model as our prototype. Leds can become white warm by using Tamiya coloured clears

@@stevengriffin7873 That is exactly the goal of prototyping. having a first run prooving the concept and adjusting before production. The se Leds are definitively not the most difficult part of the project. Our regulars do understand where the real challenges are.
Just use the warm white leds or grain of rice bulbs for more authentic look.
I have added sound to a few models, just use the recordable sound modules for about £3, record your own sounds. The prop starting is nice though.

@@MagicScaleModeling Well i could do, just look up sound recorder modules on ebay. Then record the sound you want from youtube or real aircraft. I have done this for Heng Long Abrams tank, as it came with non jet engine sound. Perhaps i post a yt of it. Have done the same for Trumpetter Uboat and now doing the Hobby Boss Harrier. If folks aren't into electronics then your module is good.

Sure. In fact, we deliver white warm led. Any other colour by Tamiya colored clear X25 and so on

Sure. The E-set is based of warm white. This was the prototype based on cold whites
Very nice model and effects I must say! Just one thing though, in the video it says "shutdown in reverse sequence" - but it's not doing that. It's the exact same sequence as the startup (1-2-3-4). No complaint, just sayin'!
Reverse sequence of the different steps : Cabin lights on when crew gets in, navigation lights on, start of engines ...

Great startup sound and sequencing , lighting also super but the shtting down is not quite as realistic thus should be looked into. Just that little bit more effort would make it the real thing and a tue masterpiece!
