Im not sure if you edited it out or if you restarting from checkpoint messed it up but when your horse dies after you shoot the guys and said you needed to smoke for deadeye. We all get the cutscene where arthur tells john he needs a minute with his horse and Arthur kinda pats the horse as its dying and suffering. He basically tries to calm it and whispers "thank you" then thats when you gotta decide whether to go for the money or help john. Its short cutscene but extremely sad
