Arthur Morgan was a man who had redemption. John was a man who died for revenge, and sadly it is a fate which befell Jack marston. We don’t know what happened to him after RDR but in GTA 5 there is a book titled Red Dead by J. Marston so perhaps he settled down and became a writer like he wanted.

Nah man I do believe God Of War deserve that Game Of The Year for sure, but RDR2 deserve Game of The Decades. Everyone still talking about RDR2 till this day, but GOW is already replaced by GOW Ragnarok and it's already dried out. Even when GTA 6 finally come out, RDR series still will be there among legends.

@@UnEricCualquiera He dies alone. Mary left him, Dutch turned on him, and most of his friends have been killed. The only thing he has to rest in peace is the fact that he got John out of there. Roger Clark even says there isn't good ending.

People said it was the good choice to go with John… but I mean is it though we knowing what truly happens to John later. I agree with most people because Arthur wouldn’t live long enough to spend the money either way.

I think arthur’s intention with the money depends on his honor level. If he has high honor, he’d take the money for John and his family but with low honor, he’d probably want to spend it for himself.
@kawhi, yeah but I remember within my play through at this moment, u r given both options: go for the money or help John out. I didn’t know by default of honor ur choice would be chosen for you?? The reason why I say this is because if you go with John and depending on ur honor level, it played out how you would die. You got the good ending with ur honor being up but die a horrible death by Micah with a bad honor level.
