It’s hard to beat pork when it’s cooked in a way that keeps it moist. I’m going to give that a try! I love dressing too and have never heard of pork dressing. I think it’s an original creation! 😀. My mom is always in charge of making the dressing at Thanksgiving, and I think we should have it more than just at the holiday. I’ll have to give that a go as well.
