I'm uncertain if there's a page on official Zomboid sites that has these scenarios spelled out or if it was this particular RUclipsr's interpretation of the events. If it's just the personal interpretation, it's really up for grabs and up to your imagination to try and figure out.
I always assumed the bathroom horde might have been a case of someone getting trapped in the bathroom with a bunch of the dead and one of them accidentally closing the door, thus trapping them all inside.

About the prisoner zombies, sometime in their bags you'll find variable stacks of sheet ropes, meening these guys somehow managed the hellscape that must have been any prison/police station, or even worse, Rosewood's prison itself
As for the zombies, dead bodies and zombie cops outside, it was possible that the officers were responding to an officer down (zombie in the house) in the initial breakout. The murder victims were family/friends of the zombies, and were attacked and killed. the officer in the house responds nearby, and is bit and infected but had called for backup. The police responded but ultimately succumbed as well. that's my guess.
It became Airborne real quick, so all of them could have become infected inside. After all, there are no gnawed bodies around so it sounds like they turned together

I've once entered the rosewood church, dunno if it repeats in any of them but inside there were many zombies, all well dreased in jewelry and other fancy stuff, but the sad thing was that there was a zombie with something alike to a groom outfit and another one in the bride dress
Yeah I think house type may play a role in the spawns, in my playthroughs I've found the most events around Riverside but that could just be coincidence
I have almost 2,000 hours in the game and I've never come across the Stag or Hen parties. I've only found Jason once. In my current playthrough, I've taken up residence in West Point- in the 3 nice houses on the edge of the county (with the lake and fishing cabin). My Meta Events or one of my mods is glitching (or I've extremely lucky/unlucky) because nearly 80% of the time whenever I load into the game or leave the RV mod, one triggers. I have 4 ambulances, 2 trucks and a jeep lol. I've had fishing and hunting parties spawn in as well as random survivors and campers. I've also had 1 or 2 corpse robbers with 3 grave plots (haven't checked the other spot yet to be sure). The thing about the ambulances, though, is they always spawn close to my main house and they always have 2 zeds which have taken off their clothes near the vehicle 🤣 Excellent video. The bathroom zombies are by far the worst and it seems like I always find this one in the last house or 2 I look through after going through about 5 or 6 houses that are empty. Oh, not to mention the bathroom always seems to be awkwardly placed in the house.

I have a theory on the failed escaped prisoners, the police weren’t going after them the police officers were helping them, not arrest them, because they knew that arresting them during an apocalypse would be a waste of time so they decided to help the prisoners
The stag night encounter i recently had .. i was looting the police station in riverside and there was a zombie in a wedding dress haha, it was wild. i was shocked ... i took the dress and now my character needs to find a husband LOL

I play with 95% sprinters on, opened a door to find a lovely gathering of bathroom party zombies and immediately died in front of my girlfriend. 10/10 best zombie game.

My advice next time is, when looting a house, if you havent checked ALL rooms yet, make a little noise near doors you havent checked. Doesnt have to be much, a whisper is all you need, or shoving the door. It SHOULD alert a zombie near the door, if there IS one. Also, avoid portapotty traps. Those are really just 1x1 tile deathtraps with ONE door. And building zed spawn happens when you can look INSIDE the house in question.
I found a gay guy couple zombies once in a house outside of Rosewood and there is one annotated map for West Point where you can find a shotgun in a Spiffo's then go to this apartment building's bathroom to find the "survivors", yeah, there are 10 zombies cramped inside of it! 😱 I use the shotgun I found and clear the mini-hoard with ease 👍🏽

Not sure about modded maps, but Authentic Z adds more unique zombie encounters like this, and you can find "hit lists" of special zombies to look for
