    こんにちはお久しぶりです!エアフライヤー購入するかどうか悩んんでいましたが このレシピであれば 油で揚げるのと同じくらいに美味しそうです!トンカツやエビフライなどもレシピあれば見てみたいです、いつも美味しそうなレシピありがとうございます 油多めがポイントですね スプレーじゃなくてハケで油をぬるのはおすすめできないですか?

    • @CHEFSLABO
      @CHEFSLABO  7 месяцев назад +1

      Nonakaさん
      お久しぶりです!! 正直、油で揚げるのを100点だとすれば、今回のレシピは78点くらいです!!😅
      ただそれでも準備や後片付けの手間のなさ、健康面への影響や調理中に放ったらかしにできる事など、エアフライヤーには大量のメリットがあります!!
      冷凍食品の揚げ物の調理もオーブンより早く且つ美味しくできますし、1日経ったクロワッサンやカレーパンなんかの再加熱にも使えてホント便利ですよ😀
      ハケで油を塗っても大丈夫ですよ。ただスプレーの方が楽だったので、少し面倒に感じるかもしれません!! コメントありがとうございました!!

    when i airfry, i dont use cooking spray. I just coat the food with the oil and let the flour absorb it

    I am a newbie with air fryer, what would happen if we don't use cooking spray when we make this recipe in air fryer? Because all this time my BF just simply put stuff inside without any cooking spray.

    • @CHEFSLABO
      @CHEFSLABO  3 месяца назад

      Without spray oil, The flour coating outside will be ended up with white look which tastes quite flourly.
      If you cook something without coating (like roast chicken), spray oil is not necessary.
      But things with coating (like karaage), I would say spray oil is necessary.
      Hope this reply helps!!👍

    Wet batter won't work in an Air Fryer, no?

    • @CHEFSLABO

      Probably not as it will spilt and stick to the basket. But I might experiment wet batter in future recipes. So I’ll keep it in my memo😃
