One of two things happens from no contact every single time. 1) they come back 2) you find someone better... So no contact is a win win situation. There's nothing to fear. Be gentle with yourself and you will win the day in time.

I made the mistake of trusting every word that came out of my ex boyfriends mouth and that was a mistake. Always put yourself first and the rest of the relationships you have in your life will fall in to place. Guys/Girls. As long as you were not abusive or did something completely unforgivable IT... WILL... WORK... My Ex lasted two weeks (It felt longer). I know the turnaround for many of you will longer (some much longer). But if you disappear THEY WILL WONDER AND THEY WILL REACH OUT! Put some time in between the two of you and the pain. If you reach out while the pain is fresh, you will just bring them more pain. Allow their emotions to settle and the fond memories will return and take over. Trust his message :) You will be ok!
It didn't work for me to bring him back but it did help me reflect and realize that he was an as*hole. I am glad that he didn't come back at that stage when I was very emotional and probably I would have received him back. Good luck to everyone, please be strong and know your value ❤️

It’s been 6 months already and my mind is tricking me. I’m reading our last conversation and I feel like there was no real reason for a break up. I scroll up and I’m convincing myself it was a huge mistake. But then I realize I’m missing the essence, the emotional state I was into before I decided that it’s enough of me. We had our first date on 29 of May and I said good bye on May 29 two years later. What a coincidence! Day 25 of NC. Whenever I feel the urge to contact him, I would watch coach Lee’s videos and would feel better and strong. I got dumped 2 mos. ago. I begged, pleaded and pursued him for a month , to no avail. He said he still loves me but the last 3 arguments we had was so traumatic that everyone around him suffers. This is our 2nd break up. The first one was last year, and I was the one who dumped him. He came back in day 45 , begged, pleaded and forgave him. I hope this 2nd time around would still work. Did NC for a couple of weeks, broke after she needed to get ALL OF HER THINGS that she left after the break up. Tried to make it work but she wasn’t having it. Basically told her today that I thank her for everything and wished her the best and all she says is “oh thanks” so I officially started right after that. I’ll give you guys updates every week.
She reached out about some “paper work” got back into talking and playing it low key. She still brings up old stuff but I just move passed it. She still says she loves me and all this other stuff but still claims to be hurt so I’m going back into NC. I can tell you, getting dumped is some hard times. In my army years, I knew more than one man who killed himself over getting dumped - so that is how serious this can be. It's no slight matter for many. I think the advice from Coach Lee is very good. I find myself asking myself - if I have to 'play games' to get her to come back; is she really worth it? I guess I am going to find out as I am 'playing the game' by the rules and am on day three of Zero Contact. Love - what a kick in the head. If someone dumps you I believe you should not be hurt because it shows their true colors.That they obviously didn't care that much about you.So you should learn from it and not invest your feelings for them if they are letting you know it is not mutual.Really,the dumper is doing you a favor and it can be a blessing in disguise,so that you will move on and find someone who really does care about you!

Guys. It takes 2 months to me to contact her. After that, she was sometimes very excited with the idea of see me, and other moments afraid of see me and all the bad feeling come back. Now one month after I broke the no contact rule, I am much better. I undertood that the things was just the way that it had to be. Obviously I suffer, but now I am focused in my life. I was surprised that no contact actually works. I was meant to try it for 30 days but he came crawling back by 15 days. But something strange had happened. I had no feelings for him whatsoever. He now just looks to me like a weed in concrete. Nothing special. And he is still trying to hoover me.
It works for a woman who only have a good personality. What you sow is what you reap. If you were nice, loving, caring during the relationship... That increases your value. But if you're not, you'll get dumped and he would have nothing to look back because your value has decreased already during the relationship. So this worked for me, as the saying goes "Just love him...care for him,... respect him while you're with him" if he screwed you, he's the one who'll chase you.
I totally get Coach Lee about this, I have no intention whatsoever to reach out after I was dumped, clarity is coming to me to understand the difference between loss or need and love, I have no objective desire to get back to this woman for love, but ego can easily trick me into wanting her to need me just to give it back to her.....

I’m applying Coach Lee’s method right now, I’m in a tough position and it’s all odds against me, but this is the best chance I got. No contact will not work if your ex have more option or too many orbital in her or his life. He or she will try the new one rather choose to come back to you. He or she will never come back to you no matter how long you wait.
I’ve been in 5 relationships and just got broken up with. But I do know that with the first 3 my ex eventually told me they messed up and wanted me back. This is after at least a couple months of no contact. I’m hoping this also works with this breakup as well.

Hi coach Lee, I've been in no contact for a few weeks now, I think around 5 or 6, my ex reached out a couple of times but I never felt the urge to reply, she wanted to stay Friends and still hang out after we broke up, I turned her down flat, to sum it up I've watched a lot of your videos, met my ex yesterday after she reached out at the week end, we spent a full day out walking laughing together sharing good times again, last night we talked, got some truths out from both sides, basically we lacked talking before our break up. We've now agreed to start dating again :-) both going slow with each other. My ex broke up with me three months ago. I did everything wrong after that. I begged and pleaded and cried for weeks. One day I decided I was tired to be in that situation and went no contact. He reached out to me after exactly 1 month saying how sorry he was for things he did. I was in disbelief because he is a severe DA. At this point I am not sure if I want to reconcile, I feel emotionally stronger and worked very hard to rebuild my self worth. I just came here to thank coach Lee. Coach Lee is so right about everything. During this heartache I’am experiencing if I didn’t have this positive reinforcement I would crumble.
I did it for 55 days and then she contacted me exactly how he said "Hey Mike, Just wanted to see how you're doing." Now he needs to make a video on the dynamic of the dumped person healing over time at the same time the dumper gets more desperate. He talks a lot about how the tables turn for the dumper but does not explain well how the dumped person gets stronger each day until they are in the position of power.

I made the mistake of trusting every word that came out of my ex boyfriends mouth and that was a mistake. Always put yourself first and the rest of the relationships you have in your life will fall in to place. Guys/Girls. As long as you were not abusive or did something completely unforgivable IT... WILL... WORK... My Ex lasted two weeks (It felt longer). I know the turnaround for many of you will longer (some much longer). But if you disappear THEY WILL WONDER AND THEY WILL REACH OUT! Put some time in between the two of you and the pain. If you reach out while the pain is fresh, you will just bring them more pain. Allow their emotions to settle and the fond memories will return and take over. Trust his message :) You will be ok!

No contact worked. After 6 months he did reach out and apologied.. I was slowly getting over him and His letter had me in tears. But I respect him and even tho I doubted myself I now know that it wasn't me.. I thanked him for helping me to heal.
It’s been 6 months already and my mind is tricking me. I’m reading our last conversation and I feel like there was no real reason for a break up. I scroll up and I’m convincing myself it was a huge mistake. But then I realize I’m missing the essence, the emotional state I was into before I decided that it’s enough of me. We had our first date on 29 of May and I said good bye on May 29 two years later. What a coincidence!
Sometimes I feel regret and I want everything back, right before the moment I start remembering what led to this break up. Don’t let your memories trick you! Be grateful for the experience and move on. The further is always better
Day 25 of NC. Whenever I feel the urge to contact him, I would watch coach Lee’s videos and would feel better and strong. I got dumped 2 mos. ago. I begged, pleaded and pursued him for a month , to no avail. He said he still loves me but the last 3 arguments we had was so traumatic that everyone around him suffers. This is our 2nd break up. The first one was last year, and I was the one who dumped him. He came back in day 45 , begged, pleaded and forgave him.

Did NC for a couple of weeks, broke after she needed to get ALL OF HER THINGS that she left after the break up. Tried to make it work but she wasn’t having it. Basically told her today that I thank her for everything and wished her the best and all she says is “oh thanks” so I officially started right after that. I’ll give you guys updates every week.
She reached out about some “paper work” got back into talking and playing it low key. She still brings up old stuff but I just move passed it. She still says she loves me and all this other stuff but still claims to be hurt so I’m going back into NC. I feel I’m healing day by day whether we talk or not so I think I’ll focus on me and forget about her for a while

I can tell you, getting dumped is some hard times. In my army years, I knew more than one man who killed himself over getting dumped - so that is how serious this can be. It's no slight matter for many. I think the advice from Coach Lee is very good. I find myself asking myself - if I have to 'play games' to get her to come back; is she really worth it? I guess I am going to find out as I am 'playing the game' by the rules and am on day three of Zero Contact. Love - what a kick in the head. It works for a woman who only have a good personality. What you sow is what you reap. If you were nice, loving, caring during the relationship... That increases your value. But if you're not, you'll get dumped and he would have nothing to look back because your value has decreased already during the relationship. So this worked for me, as the saying goes "Just love him...care for him,... respect him while you're with him" if he screwed you, he's the one who'll chase you.

Anyway its working!!! Ihave applying the steps on No Contact stategy and its been great. She started to contact me writing several times a day but I ll be courageous and use No Contact "law" i.e. be calm, let her be the one to search and write in first!

No contact will not work if your ex have more option or too many orbital in her or his life. He or she will try the new one rather choose to come back to you. He or she will never come back to you no matter how long you wait.
I’ve been in 5 relationships and just got broken up with. But I do know that with the first 3 my ex eventually told me they messed up and wanted me back. This is after at least a couple months of no contact. I’m hoping this also works with this breakup as well.

I didn't believe one day I will be righting my story, so here it is . On 9th april he blocked from all the social media platforms. I was going nuts about what to do cz I have done the pleading nd begging it did work but lost my self respect. Your no contact/ radio signal works . After 18th day he just called . He said he is sorry for his action . Thank You lee
