    Second marination:
    Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup (soaked for 1/2 an hour)
    Green chilli - 2 tbsp
    Malai - 2 tbsp
    Processed cheese - 2 tbsp
    Hung curd - 1/2 cup
    Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
    Javitri powder - 2 pinch
    Salt - less than 1/2 tsp
    Crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp
    Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
    Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
    Oil - 2 tbsp
    Egg white - 1
    Oil for greasing
