Not at all. It is super tasty inside also. ensure you put onion pieces, 1 whole garlic bulb with ends cut off, and a lemon cut into two inside the body. Also I like to brine my chicken for 24 hours before baking. Google for brining to see how to do it. It ensures even breast insides are tender juicy and tasty. Also dont use foil if you want crispy skin, with foil, it becomes soft and stretchy and I hate the skin like that. Also create a sauce by putting veggies in the base.
