This turned out so delicious for a special occasion! I added 1 spoon of salt to the blended spices & slightly more whilst cooking. Next time, I'll probably add a bit less ghee but the taste was too good 👌

Finally a recipe with only GHEEEEEEEE!! I am sure it will taste really really GOOD. I am going to make it, I make green chicken with same style but without yogurt and instead add a touch of tomato puree. This will a good substitute and different taste and texture. very nice. i made it but used small red chili's and blended in 3 green cardomans to paste. omitted green cardamon in sauce prep just used bay leaves and cinnamon. cashews would add special flavour but tastes very nice even without.
