@@akhilthota3860 he made a construct that was sensitive to neomycin ( so the neomycin gene will be outside of the homologous terminal region and will be left outside even the recombination is taking place ) and resistant to ganciclovir ( meaning the TK gene will also be outside) hence answer is 3 as both the gene will be outside of the homologous terminal regions
correct and ectopic insertion ko identify krne me help kreta hai . Agar vo cassette ke beech me hoga to vo bhi neo ke sath switch krega aur cell ke genome me integrate ho jayega aur express hoga. to cell ganciclovir sensitive ho jayegi. Hope its clear
