I was so confused regarding this topic.. you explained so well... now it's clear. Thank you for the wonderful and simplified explanation
After years of confusion finally got some idea On this topic🙏
Thank you 🌹, this helped me understand this topic.
Thnku mam for this wonderful lecture. This lecture is very helpful for csirnet life science exam. 😊
Keep rocking ma'am.. never stop sharing your knowledge
Please keep sharing it with your friends as well
Thanks for the video
Thank you so much
Thank you
Finally got cleared with topic thank you so much maam❤️ can you please make some videos on vectors, transposons?🙏😅
Maam I think the correct answer is option d as tk is present which will not survive in ganciclovir.
Why isn't answer is D, as you've explained that if product has both TK as well neomycin it would survive in G148 & would die when grow on Gangciclovir, thats what option D explained.
Imo option D would be right.
So easy mam
Kindly make a video on Restriction digestion..how fragments are formed due to double digestion ,partial digestion
Sure!! You will get it soon!
@@BotanyInsider thank you 🙂🙂
I m confused wd the ans of que.why the ans is not option D...coz tk is also present na ..then on gancilovir treatment cell will die...plz explain mam
Same doubt 🙋♂️
As in non homologous recombination it contains both tk and neo so why it does not survive instead of presence of neo resistance gene plz tell otherwise it is very helpful
If TK is present it will convert ganciclovir to a lethal compound and the cell will die ( if both the genes are present)
this is a homologous gene but it has tk region and according to the chart youve provided it has no tk so it survived both but here there is tk so im confused. pls answer
Yes same confusion
Dna recombination pls make one video mam
Ok sure
Ma'am can you please tell the difference or important points of G418 & Gangciclovir???
G418 and Gangciclovir are the chemicals that are used for positive and negative selection respectively of the integrated vector
G418 is analog of neomycin
Gangciclovir is obtained from Herpes simplex virus (HSV )
FOR THIS TIPOC you have to remember there positive and negative working only
@@BotanyInsider OK ma'am thkuu so much for better clarity.
Confusion between C and D answer should be D becuse of presence of tk
Can you make a video on vectors from unit 13 di
will try
Actually ma'am this was the question u have already answered I missed out your reply... Sorry for that..
No issues
@@BotanyInsider stay blessed always 🍫😇
