At 6.28 it is dNMP in DNA because in DNA while adding dNTP two phosphate come out to provide energy with the help of pyrophosphate ,this energy helps in adding dNMP in DNA

I have one doubt. The nucleotides are added randomly forming different DNA strands. Right? So what if 5'-CG* (bottom 2nd strand) is not formed, only 5'-C* and then directly 5'-CGT* is formed, then accordingly the second nucleotide formed will be considered as "T" instead of "G". Right? But, it will give a wrong reading.
